Hi, I’m Kylan

I grew up in the Columbia River Gorge, and no matter how far I’ve traveled, this place has always felt like home. There’s just something about the way the morning light hits the river and how every trail ends in a view that still surprises you.

Go Gorge Getaways started almost by accident — one home project turned into another, and before long, I was hosting guests who fell in love with the Gorge just like I did. What began as a side passion became something bigger: a way to share this region’s beauty through spaces that feel warm, intentional, and memorable.

These days, I keep my collection of homes small so I can stay hands-on. I know every house, every neighbor, and all the best spots for coffee after a morning hike. My favorite part is helping guests feel like locals for a few days.

Our Mission + Values

Our Mission is to elevate the guest experience in the Columbia River Gorge by combining local expertise, thoughtful design, and seamless hospitality. We believe travel should be both effortless and unforgettable.

  • Every guest deserves more than a key code and a clean house. We look forward to helping you feel genuinely welcomed.

  • We hire local, recommend local, and give back to local causes that protect the place we all love.

  • From handpicked coffee beans to the way your towels are folded, we understand that small things make the stay.

  • You’ll always know what to expect. Clear communication and no corporate nonsense.

Proudly Local.

Gratefully Recognized.

I’m honored to be an Airbnb Superhost and Vrbo Premier Host eight years running, but the real reward is when guests return year after year and call the Gorge their “happy place.”

As a local host, I believe in taking care of the community that makes this region special. I support Give for the Gorge, the local fire departments, food pantry, and small businesses that keep our mountain towns thriving.

Responsible hospitality isn’t just good business — it’s good stewardship.
