You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Additional Rules

  • All guests must be registered, max 12, no visitors

  • Quiet Hours 10pm-8am.

  • Please remove shoes.

  • Please do not move any furniture. No food or beverages in bedrooms.

  • Please review all of check in and check out procedures.

  • Be a good neighbor! This home is located in a residential area and we ask that you respect our neighbors.

  • Park in designated parking spaces, obey posted neighborhood rules and respect the community.

  • Wedding groups must comply with insurance requirements

  • This area rarely experiences power outages. Refunds will not be granted for power outages out of our control.

  • Guests must sign rental agreement and submit guest/vehicle registration for reservation to be confirmed.

  • VRBO and direct book guests must verify identity and complete screening process. Reservations may be cancelled if not completed.

  • No sleeping in the game room due to fire hazard.

  • Cell service could be spotty based on guest's cellular carrier

RESERVING GUEST + REGISTERED GUESTS

  • VRBO or direct book guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests.

  • Reserving guest must provide names of each guest. No unregistered guests without prior approval. -3rd party bookings (booking on behalf of someone else) is prohibited.

  • Maximum capacity of guests at this property is 12 guests unless approved by host, fees could apply.

  • Contact information for all guests is required to meet insurance requirements. Name and contact phone numbers in the event of an emergency.

  • All guests must provide a signed rental agreement and guest/vehicle registration form.

  • Extra guest fees apply for guests over 8

HOT TUB

  • Maximum of 7 guests may use the hot tub at any given time. More than 7 people will cause an unbalance in the pH and could result in a drain + refill.

  • The bromine floater must stay in the hot tub to maintain the pH balance. Please do not remove or put in the filter section.

  • Please rinse in the shower prior to entering the hot tub to ensure a clean hot tub.

  • If a hot tub requires a drain and refill due to excessive dirt, broken glass or products not suitable for hot tubs, guests are responsible for the $450 fee.

  • The hot tub cover is secured for the safety of our little guests. Please see the digital guidebook for the hot tub code.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/GUEST REGISTRATION

All reserving guests must submit the signed rental agreement and guest/vehicle registration information prior to check in. Registered guests only, no visitors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm cancellation policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guests can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, hosts be paid 100% for all nights. If booked on VRBO or directly, the payment processing fee is not refunded.

DAMAGE WAIVER/ MANAGEMENT FEE

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with peace of mind protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages to the home or its contents during your stay. Simply notify us of any damage so that we know to make necessary repairs or replacements. This replaces a traditional security deposit. This does not cover intentional damage, or damage caused by a direct violation of any house rules.

FIRES + SMOKING

Absolutely no smoking anything anywhere on the property, including vapes. NO wood burning or charcoal fires during seasonal burn bans. If there is evidence of burning during a locally mandated burn ban, a $1,500 fine will be assessed. A $500 fine will be applied if any tobacco, vapes, etc are on site. This home is equipped with interior and exterior smart smoke detection devices. Smoking must take place off property.

CLEANING

Reservations longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning fees. Mid stay cleans available upon request.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITY

  • Smoking of any kind, illegal substances and illegal activity of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of prohibited activities will result in fines and/or law enforcement.

  • Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay.

  • Parties and other events are prohibited at the Property. Commercial photography and filming are also prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, applicable occupancy limits and other rules under Airbnb's Party and Events Policy will apply, and additional conditions and fees may apply.) No tents or other structures may be erected on the property. A $1,500 fine will be assessed for breaking house rules, no questions asked.

  • Events and gatherings: Hosting unapproved guests at the property without the host/owner's permission is prohibited. Additional guests are approved on a case by case basis as long as the gathering is within our insurance requirements.

NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE

Guests agree that use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that guest may not use the property as a permanent residence; and that guest’s permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property.

ANIMALS

We accept assistance animals in line with Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policy. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the property except as specifically authorized in your reservation. You also agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the property prior to your use or that the property is free of animal or pet allergens, even if the property listing states that pets are prohibited or includes a similar description.

INDEMNITY

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Go Gorge Getaways and Owner, and their respective affiliates, for and from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other occupants, during or relating to your stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS

For liability and security purposes, we have three external cameras for the safety and security of our guests and property. One at the front doorbell and two facing the driveway and road. All cameras continuously record audio and video. Guests are not monitored. As a family with small children we value the privacy while on vacation. There are no cameras inside the home. Host may monitor external cameras at any time via smart phone app if neighbors complain about noise or other house rules being broken. $1500 fine for tampering with security cameras.
