A: Roads in the community are plowed during winter, but due to some steep sections, we strongly recommend AWD for safe travel to the property.
Q: Why do I have to go through additional guest screening?
A: For VRBO and direct bookings, we use a third-party service to verify identity and check criminal databases before confirming your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete the screening — please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Contact the property manager with any questions. Airbnb guests are not required to complete additional screening. Our prices include all fees. No hidden charges.
