Be a good neighbor! This home is located in a residential area and we ask that you respect our neighbors. Park in designated parking spaces, obey posted neighborhood rules and respect the community.
Underwood rarely experiences power outages. Refunds will not be granted for power outages out of our control.
RESERVING GUEST + REGISTERED GUESTS
Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests. These are the registered guests. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
Contact information for all guests is required to meet insurance requirements. Name and contact phone numbers in the event of an emergency.
DEPARTURE
Our guests are honored as such, we won’t ask you to lift a finger upon check out!
Garbage and recycle can be securely bagged and placed inside the garbage bins located on the west side of the building. Bins are labeled. Please don’t leave garbage unsecured outside as to not attract wildlife.
PET RULES + FEES
Dogs are permitted by request and upon approval. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed and subject to additional fee (may be able to accept 2 dogs with permission.) Guest must provide a dog bed and crate or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on furniture or bedding. They must be secured in provided crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied.
RENTAL AGREEMENT/GUEST REGISTRATION
All reserving guests must submit the signed rental agreement and guest registration information prior to check in.
DAMAGE WAIVER/ MANAGEMENT FEE
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with peace of mind protection. The cost of this protection and cleaning has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages to the home or its contents during your stay. Simply notify us of any damage so that we know to make necessary repairs or replacements. This replaces a traditional security deposit. This does not cover intentional damage, or damage caused by a direct violation of any house rules.
FIRES + SMOKING
Absolutely no smoking anything anywhere on the property, including vapes. NO wood burning or charcoal fires during seasonal burn bans. If there is evidence of burning during a locally mandated burn ban, a $1,500 fine will be assessed.
CLEANING
Reservations longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning fees. Mid stay cleans available upon request.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
Smoking of any kind, illegal substances and illegal activity of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of prohibited activities will result in fines and/or law enforcement.
Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay. -Parties and other events are prohibited at the Property. Commercial photography and filming are also prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, applicable occupancy limits and other rules under Airbnb's Party and Events Policy will apply, and additional conditions and fees may apply.) No tents or other structures may be erected on the property. A $1,500 fine will be assessed for breaking house rules, no questions asked.
NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE
Guests agree that use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that guest may not use the property as a permanent residence; and that guest’s permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property.
SECURITY CAMERAS
For liability and security purposes, we have 3 external cameras for the safety and security of our guests and property. One camera faces the back of the property where we park our personal vehicles, one faces the parking area and the other faces the path down to the private property. Trespassing results in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. This camera continuously records audio and video. Guests are not monitored. As a family with small children we value the privacy while on vacation. There are no cameras inside The Studio nor on the walking path and back deck. Host may monitor external cameras at any time via smart phone app if neighbors complain about noise or other house rules being broken. Cameras are not to be tampered with. $1,500 fine applies for tampering.
INDEMNITY
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Go Gorge Getaways and Owner, and their respective affiliates, for and from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other occupants, during or relating to your stay.
