Additional Rules
No additional guests beyond those on the reservation.
No third-party bookings.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM.
No shoes in the house.
Do not move any furniture.
No food or beverages in bedrooms.
Please review all check-in and check-out procedures.
Be a good neighbor! This home is located in a residential area. Respect neighbors by parking only in designated spaces, obeying posted neighborhood rules, and keeping noise to a minimum.
Wedding groups must comply with additional requirements (check with host).
RESERVING GUEST + REGISTERED GUESTS
Reserving guests must be 25 years of age or older and provide a government-issued ID.
The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to registered guests.
Reserving guests must provide the names and ages of each guest. These are the registered guests. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
Third-party bookings (booking on behalf of someone else) are prohibited.
Maximum capacity at this property is 13 guests, unless approved by the host.
Groups larger than 8 guests are charged an additional fee.
Departure
We won’t ask you to lift a finger at check-out — relax and enjoy your stay!
If you’d like to help our cleaning team, feel free to:
Load the dishwasher
Start a load of hot tub towels
(Optional but always appreciated!)
Garbage and recycling should be securely bagged and placed in the bins on the east side of the garage. Bins are labeled.
Please do not leave garbage unsecured outside, as it can attract wildlife.
Hot Tub
Maximum of 7 guests may use the hot tub at one time.
The bromine floater must remain in the hot tub to maintain pH balance. Do not remove or place it in the filter section.
Please rinse in the shower before entering the hot tub.
If the hot tub requires a drain/refill due to excessive dirt, broken glass, or use of non-approved products, a $450 fee will apply.
The hot tub cover is secured for safety. Refer to your digital guidebook for the access code.
Rental Agreement & Guest Registration
All reserving guests must submit a signed rental agreement and guest registration information prior to check-in.
Damage Waiver / Management Fee
We’ve partnered with Safely to provide peace-of-mind protection during your stay.
The cost of this protection is included in your rental rate and covers accidental damages to the home or its contents.
Simply notify us of any damage so repairs or replacements can be made.
This replaces a traditional security deposit.
It does not cover intentional damage or violations of house rules.
Fires + Smoking
Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including vapes) anywhere on the property.
No wood-burning or charcoal fires during seasonal burn bans.
Violations during a local burn ban will result in a $1,500 fine.
Cleaning
Reservations longer than 14 days will require an additional cleaning fee.
Mid-stay cleans are available upon request.
Prohibited Activity
Smoking, illegal substances, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
Use of the property for criminal activity (including internet-based crimes such as illegal downloads) is not allowed and may result in fines, prosecution, or immediate removal.
Parties and other events are not permitted without express written approval.
Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission.
No tents or structures may be erected on the property.
A $1,500 fine will be assessed for breaking house rules — no exceptions.
Hosting unapproved guests at the property without the host’s permission is prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
Firm Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in.
Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund if canceled 7–30 days before check-in.
No refund if canceled less than 7 days before check-in.
For VRBO or direct bookings, payment processing fees are non-refundable.
No Permanent Residence
Guests agree that use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only.
The property may not be used as a permanent residence.
Guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere.
Animals
Assistance animals are accepted in line with Airbnb’s Nondiscrimination Policy.
No other pets or animals are permitted unless specifically approved in your reservation.
Please note: We cannot guarantee the property is allergen-free or that animals have never been on-site.
Indemnity
Guests agree to hold harmless and indemnify Go Gorge Getaways, the property owner, and their affiliates against all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from guest actions or omissions (including those of other occupants) during the stay.
