Jake was born and raised in the Columbia River Gorge. His family homesteaded along the Klickitat River, a property the family still owns today!

After earning a finance and economics degree, Jake naturally transitioned into world of lending, a field deeply embedded in his family, replete with agents, investors and construction professionals. Jake and Kylan entered the real estate industry at the age of 18. They completed their first house flip in their college town of Cheney, WA at the age of 20.

Jake’s lending experience for the last 20 years has given him a keen ability to identify burgeoning markets, empowering his clients to expand their ambitions. He is particularly passionate about reverse mortgages, a specialty that enables him to assist the older generation in realizing their dream of comfortably aging in their own homes.

Jake’s own investment endeavors include land development, property renovations, long term rental properties and vacation rental holdings. These experiences furnish him with practical insights to guide clients across various real estate facets.

When Jake isn’t in the office he’s spending time with Kylan and the kids, chasing real estate deals, reading or out skiing.
